Long Point Twilight in the New River Gorge
This is it.
The very first picture that officially set me down the path of photography as a full-time profession.
At the time I was a laid-off graphic designer trying to figure out how to build up a portfolio. Trouble is, most of my experience was in the whitewater and outdoor industry in the New River Gorge area. Not much work in February.
So I just decided to go to Long Point and try something different at sunset. It was an unusually warm day.
I set my camera up and took dozens of photos of the same scene on a tripod and layered them together to make this picture.
The next day I spent 8 hours editing it.
The day after that I posted it on Facebook it went super-viral and Chad Foreman Photography was born!

PRINTS ON PVC
The only product I am currently offering are prints on PVC. You may not have heard of prints on PVC because they are new, but they are BEAUTIFUL! They have all the detail of a paper print without the glare of glass or additional cost of framing. They arrive ready to hang with a mount that puts the image 3/4” from the wall for a modern “floating” look. The finish is a metallic luster that I feel compliments my style.
Why not canvas? Personally, I do not like the texture that comes with a canvas print. I don't feel that they are as detailed as a PVC print and I have been unhappy with the overall printing of canvas prints that I've ordered in the past. To be fair, I have seen canvas prints that look good but I don't know where they were printed and until I find one I'm happy with, I don't want to offer them. Furthermore, canvas prints are much more expensive.
