The Double Play. There’s nothing like the excitement of a double play.

In minor league baseball, it’s the thrill of anticipation. Will he make the throw in time? Will the runner beat him to first base?

This second baseman is with the Columbus Clippers. I am originally from Columbus. When I went back to visit friends and family, I called up the Clippers’ media manager. He let me come down and shoot a couple of games in exchange for use of the pictures on their website and social media. It was a great opportunity to build some portfolio images.
